Submitting a note or complaint
Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is a top priority for us. We can only protect our company, our employees and our business partners if we act in accordance with the law and with integrity.
But wherever people work, mistakes can be made. In order to fulfil the legal requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and to be able to follow up on reports of violations or misconduct fairly and appropriately, we have introduced a whistleblower system.
Suspicious cases and complaints can be reported to the whistleblower system confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.
These include, for example, violations of antitrust and competition law, environmental regulations and human rights, as well as indications of corruption, theft, money laundering and other criminal offences.
In addition to employees, business partners, customers and other third parties can submit reports if they have specific information about breaches of regulations.
A report can be submitted in any language. If necessary, a translation will be arranged.
Particularly in the case of anonymous reports, please ensure that the information is formulated as specifically as possible and, if necessary, that documents are attached to support your suspicions.
It is also helpful if you are available to the reporting centre for further questions. Otherwise, the facts of the case cannot be discussed and you may not be informed of the progress of the proceedings.

In order to guarantee the maximum protection for whistleblowers and those affected, we have established an independent reporting office, the atarax group of companies.

- Whistleblower portal with contact form. The link will redirect you to the whistleblower portal of the atarax group of companies. Of course, this forwarding will not be traced back.

- At the whistleblower's request, a report can also be made in a confidential personal face-to-face meeting within a reasonable period of time.

Die Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Regeln und internen Vorgaben hat bei uns höchste Priorität. Nur wenn wir uns gesetzeskonform und integer verhalten, schützen wir unser Unternehmen, unsere Mitarbeiter*innen und unsere Geschäftspartner*innen.
Aber wo Menschen arbeiten, können auch Fehler gemacht werden. Um hier den gesetzlichen Anforderungen des Hinweisgeberschutzgesetzes (HinSchG) und des Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes (LkSG) gerecht zu werden und Hinweisen auf Verstöße bzw. Fehlverhalten fair und angemessen nachgehen zu können, haben wir ein Hinweisgebersystem eingeführt.
An das Hinweisgebersystem können Verdachtsfälle und Beschwerden vertraulich und nach Wunsch auch anonym gemeldet werden.
Darunter fallen beispielsweise Verstöße gegen das Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht, gegen umweltrechtliche Vorgaben, gegen Menschenrechte sowie Hinweise auf Korruption, Diebstahl, Geldwäsche und sonstiges strafrechtliches Handeln.
Neben Beschäftigten können Geschäftspartner*innen, Kund*innen und sonstige Dritte Hinweise bei konkreten Informationen auf Regelverstöße abgeben.
Eine Meldung kann dabei in allen Sprachen eingereicht werden. Bei Bedarf wird eine Übersetzung veranlasst.
Bitte bedenken Sie gerade bei anonymen Meldungen, dass der Hinweis so konkret wie möglich formuliert ist und gegebenenfalls auch Unterlagen beigefügt werden, die Ihren Verdacht stützen.
Zudem ist es hilfreich, wenn Sie der Meldestelle für weitere Fragen zur Verfügung stehen. Andernfalls kann der Sachverhalt nicht erörtert werden und ggf. auch keine Mitteilung über den Gang des Verfahrens erfolgen.

- Auf Anfrage des Hinweisgebers ist es über diese Kanäle auch möglich, innerhalb eines angemessenen Zeitraums im Rahmen eines vertraulichen persönlichen Treffens eine Meldung zu erstatten.
